This engine was fitted to cars from 1998 - 2000 with some 2001 cars having the benefit of being fitted with the more reliable engine.
 
After 2000-2001 they changed to single row IMS and a weaker piston coating.
 
In December 2024 we had this 911 fully serviced including new spark plugs at our local Porsche specialist before being stored until spring.
